LS Screw Conveyor
LS type spiral conveyer is in accordance with the JB/T7679-95 "screw conveyor" standard design and manufacturing. Move the head and tail in the body’s outside. The bearings are sliding. It is dust-proof seals and the bearing bush is generally used the powder metallurgy.The transportation of cement is felt bearing screw .Hanger shaft and screw shaft is connected with slider. when we dismantle the spiral, we need not move the drive. Need not move the screw when dismantle the hanging bearing. When we lubricate the suspension bering ,we need not to dismantle the cover plate. The machine has high reliability, long life , adaptability, easy installation and maintenance.
LS type spiral conveyer is the major combination of industrial and agricultural sectors’ mechanization. It can reduce labor intensity of transportation work and improve work efficiency. It has a wide range of applications and apply to all walks of life, such as building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain, etc., used in horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granular and small-block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, material temperature is less than 200 °C. Screw machine is not suitable to transport perishable, viscous, easy caking materials.
